How do I create and sell a Zapier workflow?

hello, could you please do a video tutorial showing how to sell a Zapier workflow? For example, I would like an end-user to be able to connect their Gmail account and then my workflow would read every incoming email and using ChatGPT, filter every email into custom categories like "Promotions" or "Social". Yes I know that's already done by Gmail; I used that example to make it easy to understand.

The end user should NOT need to provide their own API key.
